Just incase I don't get to say it on Sunday, Happy Father's Day! I won't be able to celebrate it since I'm far away from my pops. I miss him lots but I'll get to see him soon. =D
I think Father's Day should be made a huge deal as Mother's Day. My dad is seriously awesome and I love him for being so open-minded and allowing me to explore the world. Not a lot of parents allow such things because they're afraid of letting go their children, they want to protect them from being harmed or because they're just.. control freaks.
Anyways, I remember so many wonderful moments with my daddykins. Mainly everyone being afraid of him because of his Italian accent and the way he dresses like a Mafia hit man; he's really a cuddly teddy! True, he has embarrassed me every chance he gets and he still does but I adore him. He's taught me so many important things and has given me many advices. He's always been there for me and continues to stick by my side even if everyone else thinks of me or my actions as wrong.
He's my hero without a doubt. I couldn't ever dream of a better father. Thanks for being the best dad anyone could ever ask for. Dad, I love you with all my heart and you'll always be my handsome Papa Carlo. HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all the wonderful dads out there!
